Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation is preferred. Must be bilingual in English & Spanish. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Licensed and in good standing with CO, AZ, and/or NM State Bars is a plus, but not required. Should have experience drafting and responding to motions. Should have experience in working with clients. Should have substantial knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
