Litigation Paralegal The candidate should possess a vast skill set with 3+ years of experience in litigation, including to labor and employment, product liability, and construction law. Experience in transactional real estate matters is a plus. Must have experience reviewing and summarizing medical and other related records, summarizing depositions, as well as strong document management experience. Strong knowledge and experience with drafting discovery and subpoenas a must. Should also possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have strong technical and database skills and possess pre-trial and trial experience. Highly skilled and proactive paralegal with litigation experience is essential. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Should have strong technical and database skills. Must have knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas. Must possess knowledge of state and Federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of e-Filing. College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent is essential. Should have 3+ years of paralegal experience.
