Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing complaints. Will be preparing initial disclosures and witness lists. Preparing interrogatories, answering interrogatories. Prepping and filing motions. Following up on the opponent's discovery. The candidate must have a Paralegal Degree and/or Certificate. Must preferably have 1 year of paralegal experience. Possesses effective communication skills necessary to interact with coworkers, clients, and claims partners. Should have analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
