Personal Injury Paralegal Part-time Duties: Heavy concentration in personal injury claims and workers compensation claims. Daily tasks and duties include the ability to manage a large caseload of cases, including injury claims from beginning to mediation, arbitration and trial preparation. Finally, quality customer service through communication with clients regarding updates and questions is required. Qualifications: 3+ years experience with litigation support for personal injury and workers compensation claims and one who is always looking to learn more and grow along with the firm is required. Requires good customer service and friendly, compassionate client contact, efficiency and attention to detail. Must be capable and comfortable working without supervision. Self-starters and candidates that thrive working in a small team environment are encouraged to apply. Position requires good customer service and friendly, compassionate client contact. Spanish and English speaking is required.
