Litigation/Probate Paralegal The Candidate will be responsible to conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Prepare and respond to discovery. Calendar filing and response deadlines. Manage attorney calendar, including scheduling hearings, depositions, etc. Record and store client information. The candidate should have previous experience as a litigation paralegal or other legal field with familiarity with legal research and familiarity with discovery procedures. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
