Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation The candidate will be responsible for handling drafting and preparing settlement demand packages for more senior attorney while at the same time handling an independent case load of pre-litigation cases. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for directing case managers in all aspects of a pre-litigation docket including client sign-up, coordinating medical treatment, drafting settlement brochures/demand letters, negotiating settlements, attending pre-litigation mediations, etc. The candidate should have undergraduate degree. Should have Juris Doctorate from accredited law school. Should be member of the Texas Bar. Should have Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). Hsould have minimum 1-3 years full time Plaintiff's personal injury. Should have prior experience handling large docket of pre-litigation cases. Should have experience with the "Needles" case management system. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be self-starter/fast learner. Should be organized and able to multi-task.
