Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney The candidate should have California State Bar License. Must have 1-2 years experience defending workers compensation cases Must also possess a Juris Doctorate degree. Handle all phases of litigation, with ethical standards as established by state law, from inception to trial. Position requires travel to all workers compensation appeals boards (WCAB) throughout Southern California. Some travel to Northern and Central California WCAB when necessary.
