Associate Attorney The candidate will join a plaintiffs' personal injury law firm. Will advocate for clients in all types of personal injury matters. Must have 3+ years of experience in all phases of personal injury cases. Should have substantial litigation experience including discovery, arbitrations and jury trials. Admission to the Washington State Bar is needed. Other necessary requirements are experience with all aspects of case management, including client intake through claim resolution, negotiation and settlement, and litigation and trial.
