Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 4 years of law firm experience; previous property tax litigation experience a plus, but not required. Should be proficient in drafting discovery, will assist in document production due to new legislative changes, document review, drafting other legal documents. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, accurate attention to detail, ability to manage heavy work volume and deadlines. Should have strong billing and stable work history. Ability to work overtime if and when necessary. Will work independently with minimal supervision and also as a member of a fast-paced team. Proficient in Word and Excel; WordPerfect helpful. ABA-approved certificate.
