Pre-Litigation Case Manager - Paralegal The candidate will work with the firms attorneys every day; manage his or her own case load; maintain communication with assigned clients; update client files and records; draft settlement demands; and help firm clientele with communication and issue resolution with medical providers and insurance companies of a personal injury law practice firm. Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills and excellent writing skills are required. Prior experience and/or knowledge regarding demand drafting, subrogation law, med-pay coverage, UM/UIM coverage, or insurance adjusting is a plus. Experience with Needles is also a plus. 1+ years Personal Injury or Insurance law experience is preferred.
