Immigration Paralegal (Bilingual) Candidate must have: 3 years of experience working in an immigration law firm or department. Experience in Employment Immigration cases: E2, E1, TN, L1, H-1B, H-2A/B, PERM, EB1, EB2, EB3, and some Family Immigration cases: Consular Process, Adjustment of Status, and Waivers. Knowledge of Inszoom is a plus. Fluent in Spanish.
