Litigation Discovery Paralegal The candidate should be an experienced Paralegal, to handle the discovery phase of personal injury cases. Must have 1-year minimum experience in personal injury litigation. Must be professional, organized, able to multi-task, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be familiar with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and calendaring relevant deadlines. Must be familiar with Discovery rules in both State and Federal Court. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. A plus if familiar with electronic case management systems. Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic. Experience of 3 years (Preferred).
