Litigation Attorney The candidate will CA-licensed team player with excellent communication, writing, and research skills to help aggressively litigate cases in state and federal courts, FINRA, and other arbitration forums. We have a low volume, high quality practice and enjoy a national reputation in the areas of securities, financial services and complex business matters. Extensive and thorough legal research and memo writing; drafting pleadings and motions; preparing and responding to discovery requests; court/arbitration appearances; hearings, motions and trials, primary authority; document review and similar tasks. Put the effort into doing excellent work with an outstanding firm and get on a partnership track. Top 10% of class and law review membership strongly preferred. Securities law/FINRA/financial services experience a plus.
