Associate Attorney The candidate will entail in working with the firm's new clients to prepare and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, attend 341 meeting of creditors, and attend Bankruptcy Court hearings. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred. Should be organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Must be personable with a good attitude. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida. Experience of 1 year (Preferred).
