Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to report to Trial Attorney and maintain extensive client contact. Drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation related documents. Document production, Correspondence with medical offices and Schedule deposition. Assists with trial preparation, Maintain calendars and create and/or maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets and files. Settlement breakdowns, Meet deadlines, managing the day-to-day legal casework and Other related tasks as assigned. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years significant personal injury experience. Bachelor's Degree from accredited school is needed with a Paralegal certificate. Must have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process; from intake through trial preparation. High level of attention to detail in writing is required. Proofreading or editing skill set is a plus. Must have ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the firm to include clients is required. Impeccable judgment, discretion, respects, and integrity is required. Must appreciate high volume in a fast paced environment. Must have the necessary experience to immediately work with in cases of moderate severity and complexity. Stable work history is must and possesses strong technical proficiency, organizational, and analytical skills. Spanish speaking is a plus. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint presentations is must and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe and Salesforce software is a plus.
