Biotech Patent Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent biotechnology fields. USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one state bar license required. Knowledge or experience in medical devices and pharmaceutical products preferred. The candidate will control their own billable rates and there is no minimum hourly requirement.
