Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of litigating class action labor and employment law cases. responsibilities include: drafting pleading and motion work, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, witness interviews, settlement negotiations, arguing motions, and attending hearings and mediations. Must have been admitted to practice law in California for 1+ year. Should have civil litigation experience. Attorney applicants with experience in labor and employment class action litigation will be given preference. Excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills a must.
