Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be propounding and responding to discovery, preparing Petition and Response to Dissolution, Preparing Declarations, briefs, correspondences, and assisting the attorney with trial preparation and all aspects of family law. Must be experienced Paralegal. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Must have a Paralegal Certificate or degree from an accredited program.
