Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of litigation experience with trial experience. Should be able to draft basic pleadings and motions, respond to discovery and be proficient with Casenet and PACER. Be a team player and be able to communicate with clients and those in the office in a respectful and productive way, even during high stress times. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, Adobe and Powerpoint.
