Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have extensive experience in personal injury (auto collisions, slip & fall, dog bite and motor cycle accidents. Should have 2-5 years experience. Must be energetic, organized, and assertive. Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, time-management, and communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience communicating with clients/customers in a professional setting. Excellent attention to detail. Self starter. Experience with discovery drafting and responding to written discovery, assisting in drafting complaints and pleadings, and legal research (researching case law). Punctual, reliable, and proactive. Experience filing documents (e-filing). Strong analytical skills. Paralegal certificate is a plus - but not a requirement. Experience reviewing medical documents and providing summaries. Should have 2 years of Paralegal experience.
