Family Law Paralegal The candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as have the ability to work on family law cases from beginning to end. The position exclusively entails: Drafting and preparing family law forms, Drafting pleadings, RFO's, Drafting motions, Draft trial briefs and discovery, Contact clients and respond to inquiries. Should be bilingual in English/Spanish. Must have 3 years of experience and have exceptional organizational as well as communication abilities.
