Paralegal - Immigration Law Responsibilities: Assisting the attorney with a broad range of immigration cases by providing support in the following areas: Conducting legal research. Writing detailed briefs. Assisting clients with obtaining the required documents and preparing detailed affidavits to support their cases. Requesting criminal records and medical records. Translating/Interpreting when needed. Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Any Field, or Equivalent Experience. Experience with Immigration Cases preferred. Experience or willingness to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Bilingual (Spanish preferred). Should have ability to monitor and adhere to strict deadlines.
