Commercial Litigation Paralegal Candidate must be Commercial Litigation paralegal, with interest in preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery. Experience with Employment Law, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Construction Litigation preferred. Must have: Ability to handle a wide variety of commercial litigation. Management and quality control of electronic documents. Experience with Relativity, I-Pro, or other document management software. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff. Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and to work OT as necessary. Experience using Westlaw for legal research.
