Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal with a high quality civil litigation group. Must be well versed in trial preparation, drafting pleadings, managing large volume discovery as well as docketing deadlines, communicating effectively with team members, clients, court personnel and opposing parties. Preference will be shown to applicants with experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Extensive experience with MS Office applications as well as Adobe is required.
