Insurance Defense Attorney (Habitability), Part-time, Contract Candidate must have a strong background in civil litigation and/or premises liability matters (3+ years of business litigation, premises liability and/or insurance defense experience). Must have: Prior civil litigation experience. Insurance defense experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must have initiative, be able to act decisively, work independently and exercise excellent and ethical judgment. Schedule: 20-39 Hours per week Contract Length: varies
