Paralegal Trainee The candidate will be responsible for handling Worker's Compensation cases and assisting on other case types. Will be speaking to our clients while guiding them through the process of Workers' Compensation. Will be responsible for requesting medical records; filing motions, subpoenas, form 50s; drafting APAs; and a variety of other tasks. Should have 2 years legal experience. Should have experience in Workers' Compensation. Should have excellent written and verbal skills. Should have excellent customer service skills. Should have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Case Management Software). Should have excellent organization skills. Must be able to multi-task. Should be eager to learn. Must be able to adapt to a fast-pace work environment. Must be capable of managing employees and being managed.
