Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience handling complex litigation matters. Candidates should have experience and knowledge in both state and federal courts, solid academic credentials, and demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. In addition to the requirements above the right candidate should have some experience handling hearings, depositions, mediations, evidentiary hearings and trials. E-discovery is a plus. Professional and positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow a practice.
