Consumer Financial Services Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of litigation experience to join Richmond office. Experience with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act is a plus. Strong academic and professional credentials required. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar, admission to other bars is a plus.
