Legal Secretary The candidate work includes: greet guests and clients; answer phones and respond to voicemail received; schedule and make appointments; perform potential new client intakes and follow up; prepare employment handbook drafts and personnel forms with accuracy; maintain office and client files; order office supplies; mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients and/or opposing counsel; edit legal documents; draft letters, memos and other correspondence; and maintain a clean office. (Hours of operation are 9-5:30 pm with 30 minute meal break and two 10-minute rest periods). High School diploma required.
