Title : Immigration Paralegal

Immigration Paralegal Candidate will assist the attorneys in all aspects of immigration matters, including document assembly, file management, and drafting letters. Will work well without supervision, independently and under tight deadlines. Independently draft applications forms, correspondence, questionnaires and support letters. Review work product and proofread for accuracy before attorney review and final dissemination. Timely data entry into immigration software. Manage complex files from critical intake to completion. Effectively deal with issues of confidentiality. Maintain client relationships. Communicate with attorneys, internal staff, clients and government agencies. Filing, photocopying, pending files, etc. as required. Perform other duties/projects as assigned. Qualifications: Associates degree preferred. Paralegal certificate a plus. 1-3 years of immigration experience. Paralegal assistant or legal secretarial support experience strongly preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software applications. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Must be flexible and a team player.
