Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will do client intake and filing of the claim. Coordinate treatment for clients. Handle client communication with excellent customer service. Drafting of demands, and pre-suit documents as well as experience in drafting pleadings and routine discovery documents. Order medical and billing records and maintain the organized file. Proficiency in all aspects of pre-suit claim handling including communications with insurance adjusters and medical providers. Schedule and coordinate both pre-suit and post-suit deadlines and events. Experience in handling personal injury claims from case initiation through litigation is needed. Spanish speaking is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are needed.
