Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 1 year of extensive immigration law experience. Will conduct intakes and manage an individual immigration caseload comprised of various immigration cases including H1B, R1, E-2, PERM, immigrant petitions, consular processing, and Naturalization; Required good legal writing skills, excellent detail and analysis skills; at least 1 year of immigration law experience and must be bilingual (English-Korean); Microsoft Word, Excel, and email skills with at least 40 WPM typing skill required.
