Associate Attorney The candidate will work directly with clients to provide advice and counsel regarding crafting, proofing, and executing estate planning documents. Handle all phases of probate and trust administration matters. Pro-active case management and supervision of legal assistants/paralegals. Develop personal client case load and referral network while providing support to founding attorney Stephanie Bivens. Should have 3+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. Experience in Elder Law (e.g., guardianship, conservatorship, ALTCS benefits planning, etc.), Special Needs Planning, or Business formation (or interest in these practice areas) is a plus. Must be licensed in Arizona, in good standing. Excellent organization, writing and communication skills, team player, quick learner, and care for clients is needed.
