Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have minimum of 3+ years of experience (insurance defense and/or personal injury preferred). Solid understanding of CA state civil litigation calendar deadlines and rules is necessary. Experience with Superior Court filing, One Legal is essential. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is must. Good judgment and ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision is necessary. Must be articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and manage complex projects is critical. Professional appearance and demeanor is must. Bilingual in English and Spanish is needed.
