Family Law Paralegal The candidate duties will include: Draft pleadings; Customer service - client communication and correspondence; Calendar management; Some client intake and office administration. Should have experience in family law and be familiar with family court procedure. Must have 1+ year of full-time experience in the area of family law. Bachelor s degree is preferred. Familiarity with family court pleadings and procedure is required. Paralegal training is needed.
