Immigration Attorney The candidate must have immigration experience through any combination of internships/clerkships/coursework. Will be responsible for managing a wide variety of family-based, humanitarian-based and employment-based immigration matters. Duties will include preparing appeals, motions, and petitions before the federal district courts and federal circuit courts; and representing clients before the Immigration Court, USCIS, US Department of State and other agencies. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills as well as intercultural communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as with a team. Fluency in Spanish language is a plus.
