Commercial/Consumer Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate will join the commercial litigation/consumer defense practice. Will be defending consumer law matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Strong academics and excellent research and writing abilities. 2+ years of experience, and top 25% of law school class required. Law review and/or moot court is preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and be comfortable in a paperless environment. Prioritize a large caseload is the preferred.
