Junior and Senior Civil Litigation Attorneys - Employment Law DUTIES: Drafting class certification motions, class-wide settlement agreements, preliminary and final approval motions. Prepare for and attend mediations and depositions. Court appearances. Helping with employment disputes, as well as dedicated to obtaining favorable results for clients and firm. Qualifications: Must have employment law experience to litigate cases alongside our well-respected team of attorneys. Will have experience primarily handling plaintiff wage-and-hour cases.
