Legal Secretary The candidate will be filing legal documents with State/Federal courts and Administrative agencies. Formatting, reviewing and revising pleadings. Coordinating service of documents. Preparing and recording deeds and other real estate transactional forms. Limited phone answering services and calendaring. Document management for correspondence, litigation and transactional matters. Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 5+ years of experience with civil litigation - commercial and/or real estate litigation a plus. Top notch organizational skills and attention to detail is needed. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential. Efficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook fluency. Should be efficient with creating and editing PDF files. Should have the ability to timely meet deadlines and work under pressure of litigation. Experience with Clio is a plus.
