Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate must be capable of: Communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement. Documenting all action and communication in the clients case file. Handling a high volume case load. Negotiating case files with insurance adjusters. Directing legal decisions; Reviewing medical records and bills. Being an empathetic liaison between our clients and their medical providers. Reviewing police reports and property damage photos. Understanding comprehensive medical treatment. Recognizing the costs/benefits of settlements vs. suits. Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case. Should have Juris Doctorate. Must be Licensed to practice law in Texas.
