Paralegal The candidate will take charge of litigation desk. Will work on primarily Plaintiff real estate and business litigation, all civil, all Plaintiff, very focused real estate litigation firm. Support four self reliant non-prima donna attorneys with all file maintenance responsibilities. New case intake, file set up, pleadings preparation, calendaring, default and 585 judgment preparation, CMC statements, trial packages, client updates, preparation of status reports, photocopying, heavy phones, pretty much all things civil litigation. 3+ years Civil litigation experience is required.
