Associate Attorney- Real Estate The candidate must be admitted in New York. Will have 2-3 years of experience in residential real estate, including significant experience in sale-purchase transactions. Experience with drafting LLC agreements, ACRIS, Westchester Prep and negotiating joint ventures is a plus. Must demonstrate excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills. We seek candidates with a solid academic background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
