Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of criminal defense and/or prosecution experience, who can manage a case load of their own autonomously and provide exceptional high touch client service. The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual with excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and legal research and writing skills. Must be willing to work independently and within a team to achieve the best results for their clients. Daily court appearances are required so confidence in the courtroom is a must. Candidate needs to be able to manage a case load from start to finish, including drafting and litigating pretrial motions along with selling and completing trials, for a variety of cases comprised of both misdemeanors and felonies. Should have JD from accredited law school. Admission to the Arizona Bar. Experience in criminal law (AZ a plus but not necessary). Jury trial experience (10 or more a plus).
