Civil Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be given their own caseload immediately and also be engaged for jury trials. May be new and experienced attorneys in the field of employment law, business, and real estate matters. Must have: 2 + years of business/employment litigation + trial experience. 2 + years of law & motion experience. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, and handle changing priorities. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong technical skills in word processing and database management. Experience with Excel. Bilingual is also a plus. Has a positive and upbeat attitude. A quick-thinker and a problem solver. Has Excellent time management capabilities. Always Punctual, reliable, and extremely dependable. Loves working as part of a driven team. Extremely organized and detail orientated. Thrives in fast-paced work environment. Get things DONE!. Has multi-tasker as their middle name we re constantly re-arranging tasks depending on what s important that fast-paced type of environment should excite you, not scare you. Meets deadlines without sacrificing quality. Possesses superior writing abilities. In addition, you would have heavy client interaction so candidate must be someone who can talk and communicate with clients to assuage their concerns. Must be organized and familiar with all aspects of the litigation process such as court systems and their attendant rules, procedures, and protocols. Must demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving, analytical skills, exercise sound judgment, have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
