Patent Attorney, Part-time Candidate will assist with patentability searches, trademark searches, patent/trademark applications, patent/trademark prosecution, legal research, patent infringement analysis and patent/trademark litigation. Handle: Patentability Analysis and Opinions. Trademark Searches. Patent and Trademark Application Preparation and Prosecution. Patent Infringement Analysis. Patent and Trademark Litigation Research. Qualifications: Must have a B.S. in science, math or engineering, and a JD Degree. Must have 2+ years of patent and trademark experience in preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications. However, exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
