Legal Secretary / Paralegal The candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Will draft correspondences and other formal documents. Schedule appointments and meetings. Greet and assist onsite guests. Answer inbound telephone calls. Maintain an organized filing systems. Perform all other office tasks. Strong typing skill is essential. Experience in Microsoft Suite; i.e. Windows, Word, Excel is essential. Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential. Strong organizational skill is essential.
