Paralegal - Real Estate (Title and Survey) The candidate must have significant experience with title and survey review, due diligence review, negotiation of loan documents, UCC searches/filings and organizing closing documentation. Must have college degree and 2+ years commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender or other related entity. Title, plat, and survey review and experience with the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac DUS program or FHA-insured commercial mortgage loans is required. Intermediate-level skills working with Microsoft Office applications, document management systems and time-keeping software is needed.
