Paralegal The candidate will assist the lawyers in the preparation, review and filing of state license applications and other related regulatory filings. Will interacts heavily with clients and regulatory agencies regarding licensing issues. Should have excellent technical, interpersonal, research and organizational skills. Must have a proven track record of being able to multi-task, communicate effectively and meet deliverables. Should have a college degree and 2-5 years' of licensing experience, to include knowledge of regulatory issues in the mortgage industry.
