Junior Associate Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience, responsible, efficient, organized, and able to work in a team environment. Must have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as client service skills. Will be assisting senior staff with their cases as well as building an independent caseload. Must maintain client files in an organized manner and provide up-to-date information for attorneys and paralegals. Must have ability to perform legal research, handle EUO's, draft discovery, settlement demands and settlement statements.
