Patent Attorney (Mechanical Arts) The candidate will be drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, drafting and reviewing intellectual property and technology related agreements and licenses, and providing patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments. Must have Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar engineering degree and/or work experience. U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration required. Should have 1-3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical arts. Experience in agreement work a plus. Exceptional academic performance and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are required.
